📋 Description

• Collaborate with the agency partner to review Search, Performance Max, Meta, LinkedIn, and brand campaigns, maintaining accountability to CPL and CPQL targets • Direct a six-figure budget across half-year planning cycles, including allocation, reforecasting, and business cases for scaling or reallocating spend • Monitor MQL and SQL pipelines against product-specific cost ceilings and act when channel performance dips below threshold • Assess and pitch emerging paid surfaces, including comparison platforms, pay-per-lead networks, and new ad channels • Execute specialized tests and channels outside agency scope, delivering rapid in-house turnarounds on high-priority pilots • Collaborate with marketing leads on brand initiatives and partner with content and design teams to refine high-performing ad creative • Lead optimization, review campaign performance, and guide high-level paid media direction • Work with cross-functional Brand, Creative, and Digital teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years running paid media, with real ownership of budgets in the same range you'd manage here • Fluent across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Brand) and Meta/LinkedIn, not a single-channel specialist • Comfortable with unit economics: CPL, CPQL, MQL/SQL, and translating them into budget decisions • Confident managing an external agency: setting goals, reviewing their output, pushing back when needed • Self-directed: you arrive with a point of view on what to fix, not waiting to be told • English level is B2 and above • Comfortable building AI into your daily workflow, and sharp enough to catch its errors • Experience working with advanced analytics tools (i.e. Tableau) is nice to have • Google Analytics or Google Ads Certification is nice to have • Relevant industry and/or SaaS experience is nice to have • Early hands-on experience with newer surfaces like ChatGPT Ads is nice to have
