📋 Description

• Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards • Enabling standardized financial reporting • Translating complex financial and operational data into clear, decision-ready insights • Supporting ongoing reporting needs • Contributing to the design and implementation of scalable data models • Prioritizing enhancements within an Agile framework to ensure delivery of high-impact analytics solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics roles in a manufacturing financial environment • Strong understanding of financial accounting concepts including financial reporting, cost accounting, FP&A, and KPI development • Understanding of ERP software is required, proficiency in JD Edwards is preferred • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and data modeling • Excellent communication and presentation skills
