📋 Description

• Consult with veterinary customers by phone during regular working hours on diagnostic test selection, laboratory result interpretation, and treatment and management of medical cases • Discuss IDEXX diagnostic offerings, including test availability, specimen requirements, clinical utility, and result interpretation • Support veterinary practitioners with diagnostic test selection, laboratory result interpretation, and case management, including treatment options • Maintain and develop medical knowledge through self-directed learning, scientific meetings, internal continuing education, and literature review • Prepare newsletter articles, laboratory diagnostic or service updates, and other marketing, sales, or promotional materials when requested • Participate in IDEXX educational and organizational meetings as required • Collaborate with Customer Support, commercial, and laboratory teams to deliver accurate, practical, clinically relevant diagnostic solutions • Provide expert telephone consultations to veterinary surgeons working in practice

🎯 Requirements

• Veterinary degree with the right to practice • Extensive hands-on experience in Small Animal Internal Medicine • Board certification in Internal Medicine (ECVIM or ACVIM) welcomed, or experience as a veterinarian with a strong clinical focus and practical Small Animal Internal Medicine experience • Fluency in a local market language, such as Polish or Czech, together with confident conversational English skills • Additional German language proficiency highly valued • Collaborative, service-oriented approach • Ability to work independently • Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical reasoning skills • Pragmatic thinking and willingness to leave your comfort zone • Ability to work from a home office and travel from time to time
