📋 Description

• Provide high-quality technical support to customers using IDEXX analyzers for laboratory diagnostics in their practices • Provide veterinary practice teams with technical and operational support for analyzers • Coordinate device installations with internal and external stakeholders • Troubleshoot hardware and integration issues • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer questions and challenges efficiently • Guide customers through troubleshooting processes • Provide practical tips and advice on the operation and maintenance of equipment

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-focused, with experience in customer service • Strong service-oriented mindset • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English • Czech language skills would be an additional advantage • Training and work experience as a veterinary assistant or veterinary technician is an advantage • Technical aptitude is an advantage • High level of accuracy and analytical thinking • Motivation to work as part of a large team • Willingness to take on new challenges
