📋 Description

• Provide high-quality technical support to customers using IDEXX analyzers for laboratory diagnostics in their veterinary practices. • Support veterinary practice teams with technical issues and the operation of their analyzers. • Coordinate equipment installations with internal and external stakeholders. • Troubleshoot hardware and integration issues. • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer questions and challenges efficiently. • Guide customers through troubleshooting processes. • Provide practical tips and advice on the operation and maintenance of equipment.

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-focused, with experience in customer service or customer support. • Strong service-oriented mindset. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English. • Czech language skills would be an advantage. • Training and work experience as a veterinary assistant or veterinary technician is an advantage. • Technical aptitude is an advantage. • High level of accuracy and strong analytical thinking. • Motivated to work as part of a large team. • Willingness to take on new challenges.
