📋 Description
• Design and maintain Chart of Accounts (CoA) structure, ensuring proper classification and organization of accounts • Prepare and reconcile Trial Balances on a regular basis • Develop and generate Financial Statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements • Produce detailed Profit & Loss (P/L) Statements with variance analysis • Perform manual journal entries and account reconciliations • Implement and manage accounting systems while maintaining proficiency in manual accounting methods • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and best practices • Review and validate financial data for completeness and accuracy • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in building and managing Chart of Accounts • Strong expertise in preparing financial statements and trial balances (both manually and using accounting software) • Proficiency in creating P/L statements and balance sheets • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with accounting systems (ERP, QuickBooks, Odoo, SAP, or similar platforms) • Strong manual accounting knowledge and skills • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
