📋 Description

• Translate business requirements (even when not yet fully structured) into scalable technical solutions. • Develop clean, efficient, and testable code, using AI as an aid in the development process. • Collaborate with the Product Owner and Tech Lead to define and refine requirements. • Build prototypes and MVPs for rapid validation of business hypotheses. • Ensure end-to-end delivery: from technical design to deployment and monitoring. • Conduct rigorous code reviews, ensuring code quality, security, and reliability. • Document technical and architectural decisions clearly and concisely.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in software development (minimum of 2 years). • Proficiency in at least one of the following stacks: JavaScript (NestJS, Next.js, Nuxt), Python, PHP (Laravel), C# (.NET), Dart (Flutter). • Solid knowledge of data structures and databases. • Experience with complex queries and data analysis. • Hands-on experience with AI tools applied to development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor). • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code, identifying logic and security issues. • Experience in startups or fast-paced environments is a plus. • Knowledge of Design Systems and tools like Figma is a plus. • Experience working with Growth teams or in metrics-driven development.
