📋 Description

• You will be responsible for supporting the team by performing data preparation/validation, model/metric selection, MLOps (CI/CD, monitoring, retraining), security (LGPD - Brazilian data protection law), bias/failure mitigation, and production troubleshooting. • The professional will be responsible for creating and evolving robust solutions in Java, participating in integrations with Firebase, app stores, and BFF (Backend for Frontend) architectures. • Agent Architecture (ADK): Design, develop, and deploy complex multi-agent systems using Google ADK. Apply engineering rigor (testing, versioning) to ensure robust flows and A2A (agent-to-agent) orchestration. • LLM Orchestration (LangChain/RAG): Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, connecting models to corporate data (BigQuery). Use LangChain to orchestrate complex chains and integrate tools/APIs. • Deployment (GCP): Responsible for deploying and managing the lifecycle of agents on GCP. Use Vertex AI Agent Engine, configure Vertex AI Search (for RAG), and ensure scalability (potentially via GKE). • Ownership (End-to-End): Take ownership from PoC (Proof of Concept) to production. Collaborate with Business/Product teams, translate requirements, and implement evaluation metrics (performance, accuracy, cost).

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Software Engineering. • Proficiency in Python and API development (FastAPI). • Proven experience with LangChain, implementing RAG systems, agents, and tool integration. • Solid experience with Vertex AI (Gemini, Pipelines, Agent Engine) and data services (BigQuery, Cloud SQL). • Understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases (Vertex AI Search, Pinecone), and embeddings management. • Familiarity (or strong interest) in agentic workflow concepts and Google ADK frameworks. • Nice to have: • Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes (GKE) for scalable deployment. • Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex. • Google Cloud certifications (Professional Cloud Architect / ML Engineer). • Experience with orchestration (Airflow) or large-scale processing (PySpark). • Advanced English (documentation and communication).
