📋 Description
• Implementing scrum practices within the team. • Facilitating standup meetings. • Gathering details for work to be done. • Ensuring tasks are logged in project management tools. • Holding team members accountable to accomplishing the defined work. • Training and implementing scrum practices with the team. • Review and follow up with team members on tasks assigned to them. • Remove roadblocks for team members when they arise. • Report on progress of the team on a bi-weekly basis.
🎯 Requirements
• 1 year of project management, scrum master, or team management experience at a digital marketing agency. • Bachelor's degree.
