• Hold UK or US financial qualifications • Prior experience as a Financial Adviser or Paraplanner, with solid expertise in UK or US pensions and investments • Strong IT proficiency and organizational abilities • On-site in Spain: You must have an EU passport or residence and/or Spanish NIE card. For remote propositions, no Spanish ties or residence required. • Demonstrated success in wealth management or financial advisory roles • Efficient time management skills with a capacity for autonomous work • Strong communication abilities enabling effective engagement with diverse individuals • High levels of ambition and a drive to achieve success • Proactive approach to performance, taking ownership of outcomes
