• Actively prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities in India sub-continent. • Build a strong pipeline by targeting strategic industrial sectors (automotive, aerospace, metallurgy, energy, medical). • Take ownership of the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure. • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets. • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy tailored to the India sub-continent. • Identify growth opportunities within large industrial groups and their subsidiaries. • Increase company visibility and footprint in the region. • Nurture relationships with strategic customers, ensuring cross-selling and upselling of additional solutions. • Secure long-term engagements while keeping a strong focus on hunting. • Master the value proposition of company’s simulation solutions and articulate competitive advantages. • Prepare impactful proposals with the support of internal teams (Product Managers, Technical Experts, R&D). • Lead negotiations and close deals efficiently.
• A true hunter with proven success in acquiring new customers in a B2B industrial environment. • Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. • Solid track record in industrial sales with long and complex sales cycles. • Fluent in English and other regional languages (Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, etc.). • Strong skills in prospecting, cold outreach, negotiation, and closing. • Entrepreneurial mindset: autonomous, proactive, ambitious, and target-driven. • Willingness to travel regularly across the India sub-continent. • Experience in technical software sales or engineering solutions. • Knowledge of metallurgy, forging, or industrial manufacturing. • Passion for technology and industrial innovation.
