• Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing key accounts • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact • Understand client requirements and propose suitable product solutions • Conduct client meetings and participate in industry events and conferences • Coordinate order processing, delivery, and payment collection • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and insights • Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and competitor activities • Resolve client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction • Collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives
• Proven experience in account management or technical sales, preferably in an MNC environment • Strong understanding of customer service and consultative selling approach • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (especially Excel) • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Analytical mindset with strong time management abilities • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage distributors • Familiarity with pharmaceutical or industrial sectors is preferred • Willingness to travel extensively (50%+)
