📋 Description

• Develop and enhance forecasting, predictive analytics, and decision-support solutions • Analyze demand patterns, seasonality, market trends, and key business drivers • Improve forecast accuracy by identifying sources of bias and recommending process enhancements • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, key performance indicators, and analytical tools • Partner with Demand Planning, Commercial, Supply Planning, Information Technology, and external stakeholders • Prepare, validate, and analyze large, complex datasets • Develop, test, deploy, and maintain statistical and machine learning models • Support end-to-end project delivery, including discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, adoption, and knowledge transfer • Evaluate emerging technologies, analytical methodologies, and automation opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • Experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Forecasting, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Analytics, or a related discipline • Proven experience delivering analytical solutions that generate measurable business value • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting methodologies, and predictive modeling techniques • Experience developing and implementing machine learning models in a business environment • Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis, modeling, and automation • Strong knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), data management, and data preparation practices • Experience using data visualization and reporting tools to communicate insights effectively • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Experience supporting Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning processes • Knowledge of demand forecasting platforms, supply chain planning systems, or advanced analytics technologies • Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset with a passion for innovation, automation, and capability building
