📋 Description
• Own and drive the global strategy for a top-tier Key Account • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives at the customer organization • Develop and execute account plans that deliver sustainable revenue growth • Lead global cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experience • Monitor account performance and ensure delivery against financial and strategic KPIs
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Business, or related field • Minimum 12 years of commercial experience in the Food Ingredients or FMCG sector, with min. 5 years in global key account leadership • Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-regional customer relationships at all levels • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and influencing skills • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
