📋 Description

• Develop and execute a go-to-market sales strategy across France to identify, qualify and close new sales opportunities • Drive generation of license, support and services revenue in the region • Build, facilitate and maintain successful relationships with customers measured by referenceability, customer satisfaction, increased revenue and account penetration • Actively engage with prospective clients and stakeholders at senior executive level to develop relationships and identify pain points • Work with Technical Sales, Sales Leadership, Marketing and wider IFS Copperleaf team to understand prospects and create solution visions • Gather knowledge of competitors and effectively position Copperleaf solutions • Drive a sales process that highlights the solution as a strategic advantage and routinely communicate opportunity plans with account team and management • Maintain an accurate and documented pipeline of opportunities within CRM • Attend industry functions, association events and conferences and provide market feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Based in France • Business fluency in French and English • Experienced expert in solution selling and value based selling methodologies • Familiarity with consultative selling training methodologies for complex sales • Experience and comfortable selling enterprise software to C-level executives • Ability to navigate complex organizations and develop account strategies • Dynamic presentation skills and ability to articulate customer problems and link to value proposition • Willingness to travel and spend ~50% of time visiting clients or attending industry events • Experience in utility, transport, manufacturing, pharma, chemical, Oil & Gas or related industries is a benefit • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or analytical discipline
