📋 Description

• Turn complex asset data into strategic investment decisions for Europe’s leading utilities using Copperleaf. • Precisely triage and resolve support inquiries for English, German & Dutch-speaking customers. • Pair customer engagement with hands-on analysis: dissect complex Excel models, analyze application logs and large datasets, write SQL and apply Oracle DB concepts. • Write and maintain tips, knowledge-base articles, and troubleshooting guides based on resolved support cases. • Deeply understand Copperleaf’s functional capabilities and map them to customers’ business processes and strategy. • For your assigned customer catalog, manage all support needs end-to-end and be accountable for product-support service delivery. • Act as the liaison between customers and the release team during system upgrades, handling coordination and rollout tasks. • Lead monthly calls with customers to review performance insights, enhancement requests, and evolving business requirements.
