📋 Description

• Precisely triage and resolve support inquiries for our English and German speaking customers. • Write and maintain tips, knowledge-base articles, and troubleshooting guides based on resolved support cases. • Deeply understand Copperleaf’s functional capabilities and how they map to your customers’ business processes and strategy. • For your assigned customer catalog, manage all support needs end-to-end and be accountable for product-support service delivery. • Act as the liaison between customers and the release team during system upgrades, handling all coordination and rollout tasks. • Lead monthly calls with customers to review performance insights, enhancement requests, and evolving business requirements.
