📋 Description

• The Reward Manager will be responsible for the administration and execution of regional compensation and benefit programs that align with IFS’s global Total Rewards strategy. • This role combines strategic design with hands-on execution, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and excellence in employee experience across the U.S. and Canada. • Reporting to the Director of Total Reward, the position may oversee team members in a matrixed environment and will collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders. • Manages total rewards programs impacting approximately 1,100 employees across the United States and Canada, ensuring regional compliance and competitiveness. • Leads or supports total rewards projects such as job architecture, equity benchmarking, pay transparency initiatives, and M&A due diligence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college in HR or related field • Experience working in high-growth, global or multi-state/province environments. • Demonstrated analytical abilities, attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing tasks and priorities. • Demonstrable experience working with global/region relevant current enabling systems: Thor, SharePoint • Ability to present complex information in a clear and convincing way to colleagues and functional business and technical groups.
