📋 Description

• Design, architect & code fit for purpose automation • Support and contribute to the overall cloud and deployment architecture design of the solutions, translating architectural requirements into engineering stories • Identify opportunities for new or enhanced automations to drive efficiencies within the organization, producing designs and plans • Designing, implementing and driving forward GitOps based process for the shared multi-tenant cloud platform • Drive the maintenance and expansion of existing automations and related processes in the organization • Create documentation, presentation, and training material • Engage with requirement owners & relevant stakeholders • Share knowledge, guide, and train colleagues • Provide direction by mentoring & coaching junior members • Be a recognized change agent for widespread adoption of DevOps/GitOps practices & mindset • Contribute to activities related to market research and competitive analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable enterprise level experience in building large globally deployed multi-tenant cloud systems for high-availability and scalability • Designing and building DevOps / GitOps automation using tools such as ArgoCD and Crossplane or equivalents • 8 years or more of demonstrable enterprise level knowledge in CICD (GitLab, Bitbucket, GitHub Actions, ADO, Jenkins, Bamboo or similar) • Container orchestration (K8s, helm) • Infrastructure as Code / Config. Mgmt (terraform, ansible) • Containerization (Docker) • Scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python, GoLang) • Cloud-based infrastructure in Azure (AKS) or AWS or GCP (Azure-specific areas: AKS, Azure Networking, Azure Firewalls, Azure Front Door, Azure Container Registry, Azure Managed Identities, Azure Storage, Azure AI Services, HA/DR/Scalability) • Security awareness in cloud environments • Operational / SRE experience for large-scale enterprise systems • Full-stack experience across databases, application/web tier, networking/proxies/firewalls etc • MongoDB (Atlas) Kafka (Confluent Kafka) Apache Spark in Kubernetes • Strong communicator with cross-functional teams • Proactive, self-driven, and globally distributed team experience • Quality assurance: Testing, Automation and Test data management skills • University degree in software/system engineering or equivalent qualifications
