âą Develop, optimize, and execute comprehensive on-page SEO strategies specifically tailored for the Romanian search landscape, including internal-linking strategies âą Profound analysis and understanding of ranking factors; ability to work independently on relevant findings and report to the Team Lead âą Take ownership of and work on domain projects of different scale and development stage âą Regular tracking and monitoring of performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and providing data-driven recommendations âą Manage detailed On-page SEO checks and audits for all market-related projects âą Identify new opportunities and approaches in SEO, as well as design and monitor SEO experiments âą Find new keywords, and verify keyword-researches and target keywords when necessary âą Assess different website structures âą Troubleshoot and solve specific On-page SEO issues âą Analyze competitor On-page SEO optimization strategies âą Stay up to date with Google updates, SEO and market trends, and translating them into daily work âą Brief and provide clear guidelines to other team members/departments âą Mentor and provide guidance to Trainee and Junior members of the team âą Work in conjunction with the Off-Page SEO Team as well as other teams as required
