📋 Description

• Plan, execute and control digital projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines, scope and budget are met. • Manage project scope, tasks, risks, schedule and quality to ensure efficient execution. • Act as the point of contact between business, design and technology teams, ensuring smooth communication. • Monitor performance indicators such as timelines, efficiency and quality to keep the project on track. • Report project status to stakeholders clearly and transparently. • Facilitate and moderate agile ceremonies (such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospective), ensuring methodologies are followed accurately. Remove blockers and impediments that may affect team progress and project delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong focus on agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.). • Technical background in areas such as development, engineering, product or architecture. • Prior experience with digital projects, including websites, apps and systems. • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and in environments with high technical complexity. • Ability to manage schedules and deliver results within established parameters. • Clear and concise communication skills across all stakeholder levels.
