📋 Description

• Project Development and Planning: Define project scope and strategic objectives in collaboration with stakeholders; develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and required resources; identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Coordination and Implementation: Coordinate project execution, ensuring all phases are completed according to plan. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration and collaboration. • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to address changes and unforeseen issues. • Strategic Alignment: Ensure all projects are aligned with corporate strategy and contribute to the company’s long-term objectives. • Post-Merger Integration (PMI): Support the planning and execution of the assumption plan for new concessions/operations following successful bids in new business auctions, working together with the company’s various cross-functional areas. • Serve as a technical reference within the company by disseminating knowledge and understanding of how initiative value levers impact company results, providing inputs for goal setting and for defining resource allocation together with frontline leaders. • Prepare analyses and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders (Board of Directors, Steering Committee, results meetings, workshops with shareholders, etc.).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields; • English (intermediate required, fluent preferred); • Experience in project management; • Ability to read and interpret income statement (P&L) lines and company financial results; • Microsoft Office (Intermediate to Advanced); • Willingness to travel; • Previous experience managing projects; • Preferred: Experience with innovation projects.
