âą Execute and support paid media campaigns across assigned EU markets, including campaign setup, QA, launch, monitoring, pacing, optimization, and reporting âą Manage day-to-day campaign operations across global and EU-specific performance platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads âą Monitor campaign performance daily and identify issues related to spend pacing, delivery, tracking, creative fatigue, audience performance âą Prepare recurring performance reports, insights summaries, test readouts, and campaign performance updates for managers and cross-functional partners
âą 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, paid media, digital marketing, or marketing operations âą Hands-on experience executing or supporting paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads âą Strong campaign operations skills, including campaign setup, trafficking, QA, budget pacing, naming conventions, tracking, and performance reporting âą Ability to analyze campaign performance and identify practical optimization opportunities âą Professional fluency or native-level fluency in English required âą Professional fluency or native-level fluency in German, French, Italian, Polish or other European languages strongly preferred.
