âą Manage and service commercial insurance accounts with a focus on clients in the trucking and oil & gas industries. âą Provide expert guidance on insurance coverages, risk management strategies, policy changes, claims handling, and billing inquiries. âą Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, producers, and carriers to ensure effective account servicing. âą Analyze client exposures, recommend appropriate coverage options, and assist with policy placements and renewals. âą Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to provide proactive advice to clients. âą Assist clients with claims processes, working closely with carriers and adjusters to ensure timely and fair resolutions. âą Utilize agency management systems (such as AMS360 and ImageRight) to maintain accurate records and documentation. âą Support producers in identifying cross-selling opportunities and enhancing client retention. âą Coordinate with underwriting teams to negotiate policy terms, pricing, and coverage enhancements.
âą Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance account management (Required). âą Active Property & Casualty License (Required). âą Proficiency in insurance agency management systems, including AMS360 and ImageRight (Preferred). âą Strong understanding of industry-specific risks and regulatory requirements. âą Excellent communication skills with a client-centric approach. âą Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage a high volume of work efficiently. âą Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. âą Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
