📋 Description

• You systematically identify innovation potential along technological roadmaps and translate it into actionable concepts and cross-institute collaborations. • You develop viable business plans and build structured deal-flow processes for industry projects. • You establish and maintain innovation and IP management processes and services for the entire FMD. • You actively help shape the overarching FMD IP strategy — from prioritising intellectual property to governance mechanisms. • You conduct strategic analyses, prepare reports for innovation and IP processes as well as user projects, and ensure transparency for all stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree in electronics, electrical engineering (microelectronics/MST), physics, or a business-related program with a focus on technology or innovation processes. • Professional experience in the microelectronics field and, ideally, further training or practical experience in IP management. • Experience in innovation or technology management, preferably in R&D consortium projects or cross-organizational ecosystems. • Knowledge of or interest in industrial property protection, IP processes, licensing models and standardization mechanisms — ideally with the motivation to deepen your expertise. • Independent and structured working style, with the ability to identify connections, set priorities and communicate content clearly. • Strong communication skills across organizational boundaries and skill in facilitating discussions between technical, commercial and legal stakeholders. • Very good German and English skills, written and spoken, to present content appropriately to target audiences in presentations, workshops and documents.
