📋 Description
• Lead and execute syndication strategies for IIX’s financial products including Women’s Livelihood Bond™, Women’s Catalyst Fund, and new instruments focused on gender equality, sustainable finance, and climate resilience. • Cultivate and manage relationships with institutional investors, DFIs, private banks, family offices, and ESG-focused funds. • Design and execute syndication strategies, organize investor roadshows, manage data rooms, and support due diligence processes. • Build and manage detailed financial models and scenario analyses in Excel to support pricing, credit analysis, and investor negotiations. • Conduct credit assessments, financial due diligence, and term sheet reviews in coordination with legal and impact teams. • Contribute to deal execution including closings and post-issuance reporting. • Monitor market trends across ESG, fixed income, and sustainable finance to inform product development and investor targeting. • Represent IIX at investor conferences, forums, and webinars as a thought leader.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, structured finance, or impact investing. • Strong knowledge of fixed income products, syndication processes, and blended finance structures. • Demonstrated experience engaging institutional investors and DFIs on multi-stakeholder deals. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, cap tables, and sensitivity analysis. • Familiarity with sustainable finance, climate-aligned investing, and gender-lens frameworks is highly desirable. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Deep alignment with IIX’s mission to unlock capital for underserved communities and drive inclusive growth.
