📋 Description

• ขายสินค้าและให้บริการลูกค้า • ดูแลพื้นที่การขาย • ดำเนินงานตามแผนงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย • ตระหนักถึงความปลอดภัยของพนักงานและลูกค้า • Actively approach customers who require additional help and identify their needs • Advise customers on the best home furnishing solutions to exceed expectations • Use different IKEA sales and communication channels for different customers • Understand store and department action plans and contribute to department goals • Lead/support planned commercial activities involving the department throughout the store • Maximise sales while maintaining profitability by steering toward top-selling and prioritised products • Analyse and adjust sales space capacities based on system parameters to secure high stock availability • Contribute to IKEA social, environmental, and sustainability commitments
