📋 Description

• Define the overarching UX vision and UI design language for our omnichannel ecosystem. • Architect sophisticated, user-facing analytics tools. • Lead the design strategy for AI-driven features. • Oversee and evolve a scalable Design System. • Serve as the bridge between Product, Engineering, and Stakeholders. • Direct usability testing and competitive analysis to ensure our AI and analytics implementations solve real user pain points.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UX Strategy, Interaction Design, or Product Design. • Mastery of data visualization principles; ability to reduce cognitive load while presenting "dense" information through intuitive charts and KPIs. • Deep understanding of maintaining "state" and context for a user as they transition across different devices and platforms. • Experience designing for Generative AI or Predictive Analytics, focusing on the psychology of human-AI interaction (trust, feedback loops, and agency). • Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
