📋 Description

• providing the on-site service of Illumina equipment at our customer sites • installations, as well as overseeing any necessary troubleshooting, servicing and repairs of complex equipment and systems • working closely with customers within your territory, providing a dedicated service • liaising with colleagues to provide timely onsite technical assistance • helping broker strong relationships with customers by looking after new installations and providing extensive customer training • delivering logistical and troubleshooting support • providing data analysis to ensure maximum utilization of Illumina systems • maintaining routine contact with existing customer base • managing service parts inventory levels • completing administrative work like Time Reports, Expense Reports, Inventory Reports, etc.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualification in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biosciences or similar • Some relevant, field based, experience • Previous experience in the biotechnology/biomedical industry, or applicable military experience preferred • Demonstrable strong problem-solving skills • Excellent customer facing skills along with good technical abilities • Ability to work autonomously within a structured, remote team • Familiarity with field optical alignments, robotics, fluidics, electrical/electronics, and mechanical systems is advantageous • Previous experience within a fast-paced corporate environment is desirable • Valid in country driving license with the willingness to travel up to 80% • Fluent English language skills as well as fluent Swedish language
