• Lead and inspire a team of Commercial Account Executives to achieve and exceed revenue targets • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Illumio’s growth objectives • Drive pipeline generation through strategic planning, coaching, and collaboration with marketing and channel partners • Foster strong relationships with key customers and prospects, positioning Illumio as a trusted advisor in Zero Trust Segmentation • Ensure accurate forecasting, territory planning, and performance reporting to senior leadership • Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within your team • This position is a nationwide role requiring approximately 50% travel
• 5+ years of experience in sales leadership • Experience selling cybersecurity solutions or network security products • Background in scaling sales teams in high-growth environments • Strong executive presence and ability to engage C-level stakeholders • Knowledge of partner ecosystems and channel sales strategies • Authorized to work lawfully in the country for the position
