📋 Description

• Act as a trusted customer advocate by delivering solutions with a Customer First, Always mindset • Partner with customers and certified partners to design, implement, and operationalize Illumio’s Zero Trust Segmentation platform • Help customers reach value and accelerate time to value • Reduce implementation risk and transfer knowledge • Build the operational foundation for customers’ long-term success • Deliver measurable business outcomes and support customers’ Zero Trust strategy maturity • Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Product Engineering, Sales, and the partner ecosystem • Support local customers and partners effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Complete knowledge and practical application of principles, practices, and methodologies within Professional Services or a related technical discipline • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Ability to work independently as a self-starter and seek guidance for new or higher-risk assignments • Experience supporting customer-facing deployments, implementations, or technical engagements • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English • Disciplined, execution-focused approach to delivering results within defined timelines • Solid foundation in networking and network security concepts • Working knowledge of Linux systems and environments • Experience with security, cloud, or enterprise infrastructure technologies is a bonus • Prior work in post-sales, consulting, or customer success environments is a bonus
