🎯 Requirements

• B2C product experience, shipped to real users and measured what happened • Background from a small or mid-sized company, the ownership model here is different from large organisations • Experience working in product trios with design and engineering • Skilled at scoping down, says no often and splits work into meaningful increments • Able to talk directly to users and act on what you hear • Fluent with product analytics and experimentation • Uses AI tools day-to-day and knows where they fall short • Engineering background or strong technical intuition (nice to have) • Consumer product background (nice to have) • Design sensibility or experience working as a PM/designer hybrid (nice to have) • German or French is a significant advantage as Selma serves customers across Switzerland
