📋 Description

• Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders (POs, BOs, and developers) to build complete, coherent experiences. • Ensure excellence at all stages of the design process, from concept to final visual delivery. • Understand timelines, project requirements, business rules, dependencies, risks, and other constraints. • Support the definition of clear, measurable success metrics; • Apply usability and design best practices to develop functional and accessible solutions; • Use and contribute to the construction of a design system to maintain visual and textual consistency across UX deliverables and Low Code component development; • Lead all phases of experience projects, from strategic definition to development support; • Create flows and journeys focused on business objectives and real user needs; • Interpret qualitative and quantitative data, benchmarks, and metrics to generate relevant insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of solid experience in design and prototyping: Figma and Miro • Experience with project management and Agile tools: Jira • Knowledge of information architecture: logical organization of content and navigation • Co-creation, discovery, and journey flowcharts • Experience with rapid prototyping, following Design System guidelines, and respecting business rules and deadlines • Strong command of structuring, collaboration, and building efficient Design Systems • Bonus: Experience in the financial market
