📋 Description

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including technical refinement, planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives • Challenge assumptions, refine acceptance criteria, and anticipate failure scenarios • Design, document, and maintain test plans, traceability matrices, and test scenarios and cases based on operational risks • Manage the complete defect lifecycle, from identification and reproduction through prioritization, reporting, and retesting • Conduct advanced exploratory manual testing • Structure, execute, and maintain automated test suites • Validate contracts, payloads, business rules, and rate limits in API and integration testing • Validate the integrity, persistence, and consistency of transactional rules through SQL queries • Integrate and support automated tests in CI/CD pipelines, including smoke tests, continuous regression testing, and quality gates

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with software quality practices in multidisciplinary Agile teams • Active participation in refinement sessions, estimation, planning, and continuous process improvement • Proficiency in creating test plans and designing test cases and scenarios • Excellent technical skills in bug reporting and tracking • Hands-on experience with exploratory manual testing and automated testing • Practical knowledge of black-box and gray-box testing • Knowledge of regression testing and smoke testing • Proficiency in test design techniques, including equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, decision tables, and state transition testing • Proficiency in REST API testing, including CRUD operations, contract testing, headers, status codes, and concurrency rules • Ability to build dynamic and complex payloads for service-to-service integrations • Practical SQL knowledge for validating data sets, relational consistency, and persisted business rules • Experience creating, configuring, and maintaining automated tests in CI/CD pipelines • Preferred: experience in financial markets, stock exchanges, market infrastructure, or the energy sector • Preferred: Playwright or Cypress with JavaScript/TypeScript • Preferred: relational databases and PL/SQL • Preferred: AWS • Preferred: Jira, Xray, or Zephyr • Preferred: experience in regulated environments, fintechs, payment services, or the electric power/energy sector
