📋 Description

• Develop and maintain automated test scenarios using primarily Robot Framework • Contribute to the evolution of the automation framework's architecture and best practices • Assess new scenarios and identify opportunities for automation • Execute and analyze automated tests, investigating failures and identifying root causes • Identify, log, track, and validate defects • Support the team in defining test strategies and test cases • Integrate automations into CI/CD pipelines • Monitor automated test run results and work to reduce environment-related failures or failures caused by the automation itself • Provide technical support to other QA professionals in creating and maintaining automations • Participate in technical discussions related to quality, architecture, and test strategy • Contribute to defining and improving quality processes and metrics • Act proactively by identifying risks and potential issues before the software is released

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in software test automation, including defining, implementing, maintaining, and evolving automated test suites • Advanced experience with Robot Framework, including creating Keywords, organizing suites, component reuse, parameterization, and best practices • Knowledge of web application automation • Familiarity with Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools • Knowledge of Python, Java, or other languages used for automation • Experience with functional, regression, integration, system, acceptance testing, and API validation • Experience planning, designing, executing, and monitoring tests • Knowledge of software testing techniques and strategies • Ability to identify risks and define test scenarios • Experience testing APIs with Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools • Knowledge of relational and/or non-relational databases • Ability to perform SQL queries for test validation and support • Experience in agile environments such as Scrum and Kanban, and participation in Planning, Daily, Review, and Retrospective meetings • Experience collaborating with Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and other stakeholders • Familiarity with Definition of Ready and Definition of Done • Experience with Git and platforms like GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps • Knowledge of CI/CD and automated test execution in pipelines • Experience integrating automated suites into build and deploy processes • Experience with Jira, Xray, Azure DevOps, or similar tools • Knowledge of generating test reports, analyzing evidence, logs, and results • Knowledge of Clean Code principles applied to automation • Knowledge of patterns, architecture, and best practices for automation frameworks • Ability to develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable automations • Experience identifying and reducing fragile/flaky tests • Ability to perform code reviews of automation code • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
