📋 Description

• Ensure high availability, reliability and performance of production environments. • Support, administer and evolve cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure). • Perform incident analysis and response, including advanced troubleshooting and risk mitigation. • Implement and improve observability (monitoring, metrics, logs, alerts). • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices for provisioning, configuration and governance. • Automate deployment processes, scaling, updating and maintenance of environments and services. • Build CI/CD pipelines focused on stability, traceability and continuous delivery. • Contribute to implementing backup, resilience, fault tolerance and disaster recovery strategies. • Work closely with FinOps to continuously optimize costs and operational efficiency. • Promote DevOps culture by supporting best practices, standardization and automation across development teams. • Create and maintain technical documentation, operational standards and runbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced knowledge in: • Solid experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP or OCI) • CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or equivalents) • IaC (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation or similar) • Containers and Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) • Practical experience with monitoring, metrics and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, ELK, cloud-native tools) • Good fundamentals in networking, security, load balancing, DNS, SSL/TLS and performance • Experience with critical and scalable environments • Ability for deep troubleshooting (infrastructure, OS, network, application, database) • Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
