• Own and manage the full pipeline of CSR partnerships from identification to execution and impact assessment. • Develop and nurture strategic relationships with CSR Directors and senior stakeholders at leading corporations and NGOs. • Lead end-to-end negotiation and drafting of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and partnership agreements. • Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-impact corporate and institutional partners aligned with organizational goals. • Design and implement joint CSR initiatives that deliver measurable social impact and brand value. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and reporting frameworks. • Monitor and report on partnership performance, impact metrics, and ROI to senior leadership. • Represent the organization at industry forums, CSR summits, and strategic networking events.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate CSR or large-scale NGO partnership management at CII, NASSCOM, Tata Foundation, Infosys Foundation, or equivalent organizations. • Demonstrated success in managing senior-level relationships and leading complex MoU negotiations. • Strong understanding of CSR frameworks, ESG principles, and impact measurement methodologies. • Proven ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously with a focus on long-term value creation. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or a related field. • Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and reporting platforms. • Experience in drafting and managing legal and operational agreements.
