📋 Description
• Utilize clinical expertise to perform psychosocial assessments • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with care teams • Assess crisis situations and provide clinical counseling • Provide individual and family treatment as indicated • Work collaboratively with patients and healthcare providers
🎯 Requirements
• Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution • Current state licensure (CSW/LCSW) • Basic computer proficiency • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skills • Current BLS certification and driver's license if applicable
