• Funnel design & optimisation: Map and manage the full customer lifecycle from lead capture → scoring → nurture → handoff → conversion. Define and enforce clear stage definitions, SLAs, and data standards. Partner with marketing and admissions teams to ensure fast, consistent follow-up and frictionless handover. • Data integrity & attribution: Maintain high-quality, accurate data across HubSpot and Salesforce. Manage UTM tracking, campaign tagging, and attribution models. Create dashboards and processes that make performance transparent and reliable. • Automation & workflow management: Build and optimise HubSpot workflows for nurturing, reactivation, and post-event campaigns. Implement suppression logic and testing to improve deliverability and engagement. Collaborate with content and marketing colleagues to refine cadence and creative. • Segmentation & lead scoring: Develop advanced segmentation and scoring logic based on engagement, geography, subject, and intent. Ensure high-intent leads are surfaced and routed accurately to Admissions. Continuously improve lead scoring using conversion and behavioural data. • Conversion improvement: Work with web and digital teams to optimise landing pages, forms, and conversion flows. Design and implement recovery campaigns for abandoned applications. Lead A/B tests to identify and scale winning improvements. • Reporting & visibility: Build clear dashboards showing funnel performance, time-to-response, and conversion by source. Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Graduate from a top-tier university with evidence of academic or professional excellence • Demonstrated record of high performance, measurable results, and ownership in prior roles • 5+ years’ experience in marketing operations, growth, or lifecycle management, ideally in a fast-paced consumer or education business • Proven expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub (workflows, scoring, segmentation, reporting) • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and data integration logic • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting data, diagnosing performance issues, and presenting insights • Excellent written communication and documentation discipline • Highly organised, with a bias toward execution and continuous improvement.
