• Work under the close supervision of an Attorney and/or Case Manager. • Independently analyze information and documents. • Prepare, review, and compile immigration petitions and applications for Attorney review and filing. • Manage volume while prioritizing, handling more complex cases, and identifying potential issues. • Handle client/foreign national communications regarding case processing and status for key accounts/clients. • Provide excellent client service. • Facilitate and manage the immigration process for individual clients and corporate accounts, while seeking efficiency and process improvements.
• Completed Bachelor’s Degree – highly desirable • At least 3 years of experience working as an Immigration Paralegal drafting employment-based petitions. • Intermediate level proficiency with MS Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word). • Experience with drafting petitions for a range of NIV cases preferred: H1B, L, TN, O-1 etc. and/or experience with drafting green card processes (I-140 and AOS), and end-to-end PERM applications. • Experience working with a high volume of active and inactive cases at any one time. • Experience communicating directly with (HR staff) and/or foreign nationals regarding case requirements, including work on key accounts/clients. • You have genuine interest in US immigration, with a desire to treat clients & foreign nationals with respect and an empathetic approach. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including spelling and grammar. • Sharp eye for attention to detail to ensure consistent accuracy of work. • Ability to follow due process, templates, and to adapt to evolving innovation within the Firm, and industry. • Ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize caseload. • Strong computer literacy with the ability to adapt to state-of-the-art Envoy case processing software to monitor and record all visa petitions. • You have a robust ability to contribute to positive team morale within a remote work environment. • Uphold all of CIP, PC's core values.
