📋 Description

• Independent and comprehensive management of homeowner (condominium) associations. • Primary point of contact for owners, owners' advisory boards and external partners. • Preparation and conduct of owners' meetings. • Management of modernization, maintenance and renovation projects. • Coordination of service providers and specialist planners with regard to quality, schedules and costs. • Transparent communication with owners and owners' advisory boards.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in the real estate sector or a related field. • Several years of experience in condominium (WEG) management. • Sound knowledge of condominium/property ownership law. • Confident in independently managing homeowner associations. • Proficient with MS Office and common real-estate ERP and/or CRM systems. • Self-organized and structured working style when dealing with complex issues. • Confident communication with owners, owners' advisory boards, service providers and internal interfaces. • Courteous and service-oriented manner. • Reliability and solution-focused approach to work.
