📋 Description

• Commercial responsibility for managed residential and commercial properties • Independent management of properties • Lease administration and contract management • Serving as a point of contact for tenants • Processing lease terminations • Preparing rent increases • Maintaining master data • Managing the dunning and collections process • Preparing monthly reports for property owners • Regular coordination with service providers • Supporting modernization projects • Close collaboration with the Sales, Property Services, Technical Services, and Operating Costs teams

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training in real estate, ideally supplemented by an additional qualification • Professional experience in property management or a related field • Preferably experience with the Aareon WODIS Yuneo software product • Enjoy working as part of a team and interacting with people • Digitally oriented approach to work • Willingness to take on responsibility • Respectful and appreciative manner • Independent, structured, and reliable working style • High personal commitment to quality
