📋 Description

• Ensure DIV01 HSE requirements are fully implemented by the General Contractor and act as the HSE ambassador on site • Identify, assess, and manage high-risk activities across all project stages • Liaise with design teams and coordinate forward safety planning with contractors • Monitor and report Health & Safety KPIs • Conduct independent audits of all aspects of construction management • Develop and implement HSE management reporting and communication structures • Participate in meetings, training sessions, daily briefings, and management reviews • Review and assess the health and safety implications of construction changes • Monitor alignment between HSE planning and actual site work • Assess accident, incident, and near-miss reports • Evaluate findings and monitor corrective and preventive measures • Encourage contractor participation in structured HSE initiatives and award schemes • Promote positive safety behavior and continuous improvement among all stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in a senior Health & Safety role • Formal qualification in HSE management and expertise specific to the construction industry • Degree and/or professional certification in Health & Safety, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent • Extensive experience in contractor communications, liaison with design teams, and coordination with project professionals • In-depth knowledge of construction HSE management procedures, RAMS, lifting plans, HRA auditing, and compliance frameworks • Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to influence positive safety behavior and drive continuous improvement • Fluency in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
