📋 Description

• Build, expand and maintain business relationships in the construction sector, as well as with associations, guilds and chambers • Provide personal, written and telephone support to end customers in the construction sector • Manage, develop and optimize commercial existing customers across all aspects of the relationship • Acquire new customers across multiple channels in close coordination with sales channels • Handle public relations and provide regional support to construction partners and relevant organizations • Drive active sales through personal contact as well as video, telephone and online consultations • Design, plan and successfully conduct customer events • Systematically increase market share through targeted new customer acquisition • Ensure a high level of consulting quality through structured annual reviews and thorough documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Finance Specialist (m/f/d), advanced qualification as an insurance specialist, or a comparable background • Professional expertise in the construction sector is desirable • Knowledge of regional markets, construction projects and customer relationships is desirable • Strong initiative in sales • Strong service and customer orientation • Excellent organizational skills • Confident use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and digital communication tools • Professional experience required
