📋 Description

• Attend urgent calls received via video or phone. • Provide initial reception and management for patients who may be at risk. • Conduct psychological screenings, which may include administering scales such as: • DASS-21 • Fagerström • URICA • Refer patients to psychologists within the network, ensuring continuity of care. • Re-refer patients when necessary. • Coordinate contact between the patient and the professional responsible for clinical follow-up. • Contribute to case organization and monitoring using spreadsheets and service records.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Psychology (completed). • Experience or familiarity with: • Clinical care. • Management of emergency situations and severe cases. • Crisis intervention and work with patients at risk. • Ability to coordinate support networks and communicate with other professionals. • Basic knowledge of Excel or other spreadsheet tools for case tracking. • Availability for weekly meetings on Wednesday afternoons.
