📋 Description

• Reassign patients to new professionals • Maintain active contact with patients and professionals in the network • Organize and update spreadsheets related to the reassignment workflow • Coordinate priority referrals and reassignments • Conduct occasional patient screenings when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Active professional registration with the Regional Psychology Council (CRP) • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology • Experience providing clinical care and welcoming/supporting patients • Technology proficiency, especially in Excel • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Active listening, empathy, and a welcoming approach • Organization, accountability, and punctuality • Ethical practice and commitment to quality of care • Agility, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to handle a high volume of interactions • Must reside in the city of São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro
