📋 Description
• Refer patients to new professionals • Maintain active contact with patients and network professionals • Organize and update spreadsheets related to the referral workflow • Handle priority referrals and re-referrals • Perform occasional triage when necessary
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Psychology • Experience with clinical care and patient intake/support • Comfortable with technology, especially Excel • Agility, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to manage a high volume of interactions
