📋 Description

• Lead and execute day-to-day activities of Oracle Fusion advisory engagements for healthcare clients, including implementation support, process design and project reviews • Identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training and defining support procedures for Oracle Fusion implementation and/or optimization activities for functions such as: HCM Core, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Performance and Talent, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Learning, Interactions with Payroll and Finance • Develop and execute unit and system test plans • Drive cross-team design and development via functional leadership and mentoring • Help troubleshoot issues and processes and aggressively drive toward resolutions • Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities for Impact Advisors’ ERP Practice and other service lines

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in ERP HCM implementation required • Healthcare experience required • Minimum of two full life cycle implementation with Oracle Fusion HCM • Demonstrated leadership abilities for project teams and client management • Oracle Fusion accreditation (certification) in Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Fusion Specialized Certifications (Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Performance & Talent, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Learning, Payroll, etc.) • Experience with and knowledge of ERP system concepts and general module functionality • Experience with Oracle Fusion integration processes and Best Practices • Proficient with office productivity software, such as, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; experience with Visio and MS Project desirable • Ability to interact with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in one-on-one settings and group presentations • Excellent written and oral communications and interpersonal skills • Team player and ability to multi-task in a progressive and fast-paced environment • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
