• Prospect and identify architecture and design firms across the U.S. • Conduct daily outbound outreach through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn • Book qualified meetings for CEU presentations, product demos, and similar activities • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads • Follow up consistently with prospects to generate opportunities • Track all activity and progress in Salesforce CRM • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to hit growth targets
• Experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting • Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn messaging) • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven • Resilient and comfortable handling rejection • Ability to work independently and stay accountable to targets • Bonus (not required): Experience working with architects, interior designers, or construction professionals • Familiarity with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or similar tool
