📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. • This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data and technology. • Someone who can query and analyze data while also understanding business processes and technology solutions. • While this is not an IT role, the ideal candidate should be comfortable working with structured data, writing queries, and interpreting results to drive business insights. • This position requires a problem-solver who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. • You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies, ensuring that our business objectives align with our technological capabilities. • Query and analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support key stakeholders. • Work closely with business leaders to understand operational challenges and recommend data-backed solutions. • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technology teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between business and tech. • Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending optimized workflows. • Assist in data validation, quality control, and troubleshooting issues related to business processes. • Serve as a liaison between business users and data teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables. • Perform ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making. • Stay current with data trends and emerging business intelligence tools to enhance reporting capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. • Strong SQL skills and experience querying relational databases. • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. • Basic understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks. • Ability to translate complex data into business-friendly insights and recommendations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. • Experience working with CRM, ERP, or other business software systems is a plus. • Familiarity with process mapping, workflow automation, or business process modeling is a plus.
