📋 Description
• Collect community views, understand community needs, and identify possible challenges and community-based solutions • Build strong relationships with community members and leaders • Attend community, governmental, school board, and environmental meetings • Assist with recruitment for IMPACT programs • Collect and relay community feedback • Educate the community about available opportunities and programs
🎯 Requirements
• High School diploma or G.E.D. • Valid Ohio Driver License and ability to meet agency insurability requirements • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Experience in social work, human services, non-profit, or community engagement preferred • Resident of one of Columbus’ Opportunity Neighborhoods preferred
